Is presence of all respondent parties are compulsory in all hearing in case of domestic violence????? If not, then have there any law points on it.

you can avail exemption from court based on acceptable reason. consult your advocate.

Criminal complaint case under the protection of the women from the domestic violence Act, 2005 need not require all respondents to be present on each date of court hearing if are being represented by counsel/advocate .
