divorse

my husband is having affair since 5 year. I have decided to divorse him as each time he had promised me that he has break up his affair with the other women but i can see still she he is still in touch with her.
My husband is not ready to give me divorse as he loves me and want o live entire life with me but also not ready to leave the other women.

how to i proceed for divorse in this case.

Yes, Judicial separation is the best option. Any other course would be time-consuming and results, uncertain depending upon the evidence you can substantiate his alleged extra-marital affair.

If you can prove your evidence under the grounds of cruelty than you would be granted Divorce . Hence consult a local lawyer for filing the petition of Divorce and these cases take around 3-4 yrs .
