To prove cruelty in court to get divorce is very difficult, just the call records are not enough.If you have some witnesses mostly from your neighbouring or society that can help you. But be careful just to file divorce means the implications, your wife can also file for the applications under 498A and maintenance etc agianst you. First option to involve your elderies from both sides and neighbouring too to arrange counselling for your wife,only then upon mutual agreement must be written you can proceed further.
Wheather the apllications under 498A are proved or not but that is in itself painful being criminal in nature.
