there is one union rgistered under the trade union act and if there is dispute arises among the genrel committee(i.e.,president and secretry) regarding some issue? now the situation is this that the general secretory is trying to remove the president by caliing an emergency meeting and passing a resolution, so plz tell me now where one can approch if he got succed into his plan and what the prsident can do to save himself and his post.
