I'm puttapaka Sridhar from Hyderabad. I studied my ssc and HSC in Hyderabad. In my both certificates name as puttapaka Sridhar. Later I gone to Mumbai for higher education. I my degree certificate my name is as puttapaka Sridhar Dharmaiah laxmi, with my father and mother name. And in my Msc certificate as puttapaka Sridhar Dharmaiah with my father name at
the end of my name. Totally I had three types of names in my documents. Now it becomes problem to me. To change the names through university is very tedious and even don't know how much time it takes. Kindly please suggest me how to change my names ligally. I eagerly waiting for your valuable reply.
