Hello Sir

Plz explain me whether a Magistrate can deligate his powers to 'inquire' a matter under the

the preview of Section 2(g) of CrPC, Because it gives the Definition of inquiry as under:-

Section 2(g) - "inquiry" means every inquiry, other than trial, conducted under this code by a magistrate or court;

If yes under what provision or if it has been described in any book than please reffer the name of the book and of it's writer.

most urgent if possible then give the answer just now.

I don't think that he can delegate his power.

If he can not then what about sections 284 and 287 of CrPC when he can

appoint a commission to take evidence of a witness. Plz giv a rational reply. Thanks!
