A piece of agricultural land is inherited by my father (from grandmother). Grandmother passed away.

My fatehr now wants to sell the agricultural land which he got as an inheretance.

Is it necessary for my father to get a consent from me or my brothers (the heirs to that land after him)???

Please help with the number/reference of any particular act or law passed.

As the property stand in the name of your father in the revenue records, no consent from you or your brothers is required for the sale of the property.
