After facing harrasment from wife ie she put false case under DV Act (criminal).  Can I put a case on her for harrasing us by filing false case?

If yes, then how to proceed in this regard?

u can file a case on her on section 193, 196, 199 and 200 of ipc..... these sections are applicable on filing of her affidavit in court..... and if she files a case on 498a then file a case under section 177, 182 and 211 r/w 34 of ipc...

You cannot decide on your own that it is a false case.  You shall be discharged by the Trial court and in the judgment some hint should be given by judge that it is not a genuine case.  Based on that order you can file case against her.

First fight DV case and get over it..

Don't sue it will take time and money both.

There are many criminal ways also to tackle these problems.

Laws are in favor of woman to keep cool and try to come out of present prolems.
