Hi i got married in july 2011. and from last 7-8 months me and my wife were not able to cope up in any circumstances. till now its 10 months since i got married. now i am mentally very depressed and want to get divorce from my wife. so please tell me or guide me how to pursue the divorce and if mutual divorce has to take place then also please tell me the entire procedure

you cannot file divorce petition until expiry of one year from the date of marriage. so you need to wait for some more time.

do i have to stay wid her or apart from her for 1st 1 year
