There is a mobile tower on our apartment. Mobile tower were installed when society is under builder scope. chairman and secretary are from builder side at that time. Contract for installation done from builder, chairman and secretary with mobile company with help of corporation too. Now the flat holders don’t want mobile tower on our terrace. Please advice how we can remove it?
