WHERE RULE OF LAW IS STRONG.....
"Where rule of law is strong, people uphold the law not out of fear but because they have a stake in its effectiveness".

This is a percept drawn from our erstwhile society, "Satya Yuga". Truth stares right on your face all through all the while. There will be no incentive for cheating.  All that is desired will be got the honest way around. No one will ever want to cheat.

Had only Gandhi ji been amidst us,...........

That is why the 74 year old Gandhain, Anna ji has come up with terms: "Make ALL, whoever, whatever, immaterial of whether s/he is PM, Judiciary, MPs etc". We will find solution we are seeking for by adopting the non-violent, but firm way of ushering in the goal that Anna ji has set.
