This is the high time to Her Excellency President of India to consider the transfer of so called uncle judges from their native High Courts to other High Courts.  For the independence of judiciary we should need intergrity not in words but in deeds.  There reports from the High Courts that near relatives of the sitting Judges are practicing in the same High Courts.  There are reports of filing avoid vakkalath by the relatives, including the touting by advocates, offering favourable orders from particular judges.

It is against the doctrine of Universal law to stand before such Judge, and what that Judge is doing sitting solemnly to hear such counsel before him if there is any?

UNFORTUNATELY the Bureaucrats are not gripped accountability responsibility but themselves makes system and having control all over. What a plastic excellency can do? Whatever the President, Prime Minister or Parliament do, all are drafted only by the Bureaucrats and they are uncontrolled dictators.

sirs, we cannot help the situation except chatting in this club. There should be people with integrity  at the helm of affairs and rule the country. We do not find at least one in the nation
