Hi all,

Can anybody tell how to check the file number for a quash petition in internet.

After filing the quash petition in HC, we received a number for that.

How can i check it in internet?

pls help me.

Go to the official site of the concerned High Court and there u will find various search options like search by party name, Case name etc.

may i see the quash petition on internet ?
 

i dont have the petiton copy also ,,, my HC lawyer gave only the number no other details.

You ask for the copy of the quashing petition. You have got ight to keep in custody of every piece of pare filed in the court. The websites of high courts are still not advanced to show the accurate status of the cases. Rely upon the daily cause list of the concerned high court.

Dear Friend,

In this issue i can say that your advocate has quashing petition with the registry of High Court but the petition yet has not been listed before the court for hearing. It may be some under objection with the registry of High Court. So please check it out from the registry. Or you can give the filing number, Case Title, Name of Advocate and Name of the High Court. If there is any info regarding filing status on the site, then me or sumone can help you out.

HC lawyer gave the number as OP 36749,36750,36751

well dearr i aksked for sum other details also like name of the parties and High Court where the petition was filed but u did not provide........so it is not possible to help u out without other details?
