Rti to get court papers - district court

sir,

we had some ancestral properties in kerala for which there were some cases filed between sibling (my dad and sisters) back in 2001 and after which my dad did follow up on that...and not sure if that case went into any exparte at that time. Dad passed away recently.

i want to request all the documents related to that case from the district court required to reopen the case. can i file a RTI to get all these court papers. please advise if this falls within the RTI category and what details needed to be furnished in the RTI to get these details.

the documents you need do not attract section 8 of the act hence admissible.
