Anticipatory bail

Hi All,

I have to take Anticipatory bail. My company has lodged FIR against me ( Cheat, mischef, theft).

What would be the duration of Anticipatory bail? Means that I have heard that Anticipatory bail will be valid for 15 days afterwards you have to give surity?

What is surity what all things come under this?

Also after Anticipatory bail is I need to take Bail also?

anticipatory bail is granted in lieu of surety, surety has to be furnished and it is not necessary to get the regular bail.

Dear Querist

once the AB has grant by the court then only submit your surety before court of IO as the court pass in the order.

no need to worry, feel free to call
