signature on the blank paper

If a signature obtained on the Rs.20/- blank non judicial stamp paper of other state, and drafted an agreement of sale on that blank paper and filed a suit for the mentioned property in the blank paper, is it possible to prove that the signature on the blank paper obtained before drafting? If it is possible please give valid citations if any.

It is a factual issue Age of Type writting can be assessed and by giving direct oral eveidence.

If it is not typewritten. document prepared in computer and taken print out. Then how it is possible to assess the age of the written document?

you can file an application sending the same to the expert opinion withregard to writing, and signature etc and also can get the opinion, that bond paper entered in the roles of stamp vendor's registeer and plz give details of your case, so that will be able to give proper advise.
