i want the details of rules of up panchayati raj act
actually rule 5 of up panchayati raj act pertains to maintenance of family registers
so iwant the legal aspect of "parivar register" maintained in UP village ,further i want to know whether a married daughter can have entry in parivar register of her parents village or she will be added in her inlaws village
one lady though not residing in "XYZ" contesting the case by submitting the parivar register as proof of residence,case initiated on 3 dec 2007, date of parivar register 30june2009
lady has entry in family register of her inlaws home also ,which is valid
