Hi,
I am in a strange predicament. Due to some recent developments at work, I have started feeling that our company CMD has no intention of paying salaries for a few of the employees within our company including me who are all currently working at the company.
I would like to understand my rights in this case and request advice from the legal team.

you can demand for the salary in writing, inspite of it co., didn't give the salary you can initiate legal proceedings against the co., to recover the salary, but you will have to go against the co., and will have to face the future conseqnuences like co., may as you to leave the job or resign etc.,
