Rti act for housing society

dear sir

i am chairman of a housing society a person who is not the member of our society is constantly harassing by giving application to registrar regarding rti and registrar is forwarding the application to me im harrassed by this matter

please tell me some remedy for this

No it is not harassment. As a citizen of India having right to him to obtain any information by applying to the concerned officials through RTI act. As a chairman of the public body you have duty to submit the same to your authority.

A Registrar is bound to reply to Queries raised in any RTI Application. If the information is available with you and is relating to your Society, the Registrar has an authority to get information from you.

It is not a harassment. You should immediately provide information to Registrar.
