Why should you be looking for such citations, as you have already got an Award in your favour, which can be executed as a Decree after 90 days if the debtor has not filed objections u/s 34, for which it has to pre-deposit 75% of Award amount. Status of claimant is not relevant now after Award; Jai Shree Ram !

Sir, Requet help/suggestion for the following:

Any help with approriate judgements/order in favor of MSE in which MSME service provider becomes a "Supplier" by registering under MSMED Act 2006 after completion of services contract with pvt ltd.,. For the delayed payment MSE approaches MSEFC Council based on later registration for which Opposit Party objected that case is not maintainable as MSE became "supplier" as per MSMED Act 2006 only after completion of Service Contract. Appreciate help. Thanks.
