Dear Members,
What is the procedure for Law Firm Registration?
If One partner is member of Gujarat Bar Council and the other one is member of Rajasthan Bar council then also they can creat a law firm?
Please guide.Thanks

Yes they can as long as they are under the BCI as Advocates.
