Procedure for change of name in Andhra Pradesh

Hello Sir,

Myself B. Nagendra Babu i have completed B.Tech, before applying for Passport i want to change my Surname in all my educational certificates right from SSC to B. Tech and even in Voter card, Pan card, etc.,

Due to the negligence of my School authorities i have been carrying a wrong surname instead of my original surname.

kindly tell me if there is any procedure to change the Surname.

kindly help me in this regard.
