Arbitration urgent

Query 2: Can Conciliation Between The Parties Extend The Period Of Limitation In A Disputed Matter, If There Is A Clause For Resolving The Dispute Through Conciliation & Arbitration?

Query 3: in the case where there is no clause for conciliation in the contract but only for arbitration. Later when dispute arises parties agree to refer the matter to conciliation for resolving the dispute with clear clause that the time taken in for conciliation will be excluded from the remaining of limitation period whether this would extend the period of limitation under limitation act.
