One person is filing many fir against one family

Dear Experts,

Due to some personal revenge a person has filled 8-9 FIR against one family. He had given name of all male family members.

The FIRs are made against fight, robbery, theft etc etc. but nothing is true. All allegations are falls and he had given money to police.

What should be done against that person in such situation?

Please advice.

Regards,

AK

Dear Querist,

In such situation quashing of FIR u/s 482 - by the HIgh Court is the only remedy.

1) File application u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. before the High Court for quashing the FIRs,

2) File case u/s211/203 of I.P.C., as the case be, for filing false complaint to Police.
