2nd marriage regn without 1st marriage divorce certificate

i am ok to show the dicorse documents to the registrar, my worry is.

will i have to carry over that document all over my life for all other matters like applying visa or our kids education and things like that. and i dont want my kids to know about this.

so my worry is will the registration certificate of our marriage will have the maritial satus of both at time of marriage in it?
