Dear All,

                 i rented a flat for past 1 year,due to face lot of problems in that prmises, i deside to vacate the flat.i informed the owner before 3 months notice,still date i am not get proper house for me? but the owner push to vacate the flat immdly?i gave 50,000 for advance.when give notice march 2011,3 moths rent not paid.because owner not trust me.i hear ,near by flat owner's said the owner not give corrrect advance payment they debit 2or 3 months rental amount in  advance cash.

the owner not inform to me,they suddenly come to house? that time i sleep in house with my family?they asking when vacate? they give payment 10 a.m & vacate the house before 3 p.m? that is irritate me? i & my family confused?

1.i need 2 months time for search house it's possible ?

2. i stay the flat---- full advance amount debit for rent (10 months)?

3.i go to civil court  for my owner's mental  torcher for me?

pls give correct  ideas for me

you have a right to extend the time untill you search the time for a nominal period by filing a case before court if you are paying rents properly and one more thing is you did not mention you area and adress
