Hi,
We wish to take mortgage loan of Rs. 5 Cr to buy an agriculture land (Rubber Estate) measuring area is 20 acre, which is already finance by a nationalized bank to present seller (owner) of the property.
Is their any professional who can arrange OR help to get loan for purchase the above land.

I have no exat solution of ur query so i can not tell nothing about this because the little knowledge is dangerous thing but i also have one query about mortrage loan .
can we take the mortage loan with collection of our credit report?
