Hello,
In case of changing trustees of an educational charitable trust, what are the documents required to be drawn? And which authorities are to be informed? In case of banks and tax authorities, what are the requisite formalities in this case?

First place please refer the trust deed on nominating/taking new trustees on board, if the deed authorises only then you can go ahead with replacing the trustees.

Of course it is written in the deed about the change of trustees but not about the legalities required..

They record needs to be updated in Charity Commissners office (Might be, I am not sure)
