I am an unemployed men age 35yeas, I want to purchase an agricultural land in a village limits in Karnataka. They say that I should have a pre-owned agricultural land to purchase a new agricultural land. I and my family don't have any agricultural land any were. So what is the alternative to purchase the land, I want to start a farm for raring cow. What should I do ?
