Ibps form payment issue.

i have applied for the RBI GRADE B OFFICER post on 11/10/2019.

I paid the fees through GPAY by scanning the QR CODE,my account got debited with 850/- but my form was not updated and it was still showing payment due.

I have registered a complaint on the IBPS complaint board.

what else I can do to get my form updated, please help l!

Take print out of account statement nd every other proof and go to there office and let them know your grievance in person, and do it as soon as possible
