Can accused file 319 crpc application

    Beyond any reasonabel doubt, it is well settled that an ACCUSED can also file Section 319 CrPC petition. 

Beyond reasonable doubt?      Well settled?

I'd like to know what the basis for your contentions is.

The basis for my contentions?    The first three paragraphs of my second post above are my basis which, it seems, is in at one of your ears and out at the other.

Put forward your basis.     I'll try to deny or accept it.

Or, comment on my basis already existing.
