A center gov in. employee dismissed from service on grounds of long absent .can his wife having child approach to human rights commission to get job for herself her family &.

There is no bar on making representations, filing grievance petitions and seeking help through able guidance of associations/unions, though there is no such stipulation for compassionate appointment in case of a delinquent employee.  Efforts can be made without expectations.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no provision for giving the job of a person dismissed for abstaining from duty. In case the said Employee has been missing and was not heard by the people who could have heard from such person (like Parents, Wife, Brothers etc)  for more than 7 years, maybe, you can approach the authorities concerned. If he is very much available for contact and abstained from duty, there is no chance of anybody else getting a job in his place.

She can approach the Commission, but the Commission is handicapped in issuing the direction as desired.
