sir, i have property sutivated in banglore , the property has been registerd in the name of single owner , where the taxes are paid name of the single owner , but the parners now want to create the partnership deed , the have residence in chennai , now my doubt is weather the documents relating to partnership deed should be written in chennai or banglore , pls clarify my doubt

Dear Friend,
That does not make any difference so far the contents of the deed is clear about the scope and intention for the execution of the same. I think even MOU will also do.
