My question will people face legal issues/penalties as they have tranferred foreign/dubai lottery money in crores back to india or they just pay its taxes in india without any issues? Will indian citizen run in any legal issues in case he wins 20 crores lottery jackpot of Dubai and transfers money back in india or he just has to pay tax? Awaiting your reply at earliest.
