MY GRANDFATHER HAD 12 ACRE LAND.. (HIS OWN PROPERTY).
My grand father had 3 sons and 3 daughter, he died in 1985.
12 acre land was
Divided in 1994 , by my grandmother.
Including grandmother 6 partitions.
They exclude 1 daughter.
partions is in only writing., not registered.
Then they change khatha., via partion deed.
Now the property..
2 acre = grandmother
2acre = 1st son
2.25 acre= 2nd son
2.24acre= 3rd son
2acre = 4 th daughter
1.13 acre= 5 th daughter.
Now the problem is 1daughter, who was excluded when partion..take place.
That daughter now claiming, is she wants whole property of her mother... 2 acre, who is died in 2008.
Now my question is .
Now whole property dividing, in Court.?
Or only my grandmother property dividing?
what is the share of my father?
