Dear,
We have rented out our property 20 years back and it was without any legal document. After some time, when we required, tenant refused to vacate property. Finally, we had to file case and still, he somehow manages to skip hearings and get new dates. It's going on since long time.
Kidly let me know what options I can choose now to vacate it and if there are any chances of property take over by tenant?

What can be other strong grounds for property as Land papers copy already given in court for reference.
