Construction of an apartment by builder

A Builder is willing to construct an
apartment on a joint property of two brothers in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He wish to start the job of construction on the basis of an agreement with brothers and in due course of time the final registration deed will be made.

Is it advisable to agree to this condition to allow boulders to go head with construction on preliminary agreements.

Kindly clarify.

What Preliminary agreement?

It is advisable to execute a Final agreement which is agreed and signed by the parties before allowing construction on the land. so as to avoid any dispute in future .

It depends on agreement terms and conditions, and consideration can be paid in future also.  But without registering a MOU, and reducing the stipulations in the form of a deed, it is a risky proposition.
