can i complain against my in-laws for harrasment after 4 months

What is the object of harrasment is it pertaining to dowry/ domestic violence etc?

What stopped you to wait for 4 months.

Are you residing with your In laws till date?

I think delay in filing of complaint need to be justified with valid reasons.
