police final report

i have done police complaint to my coaching class regarding to refund fees.after the solving the problem of my complaint,police writes final report on blank paper but i did not read the report and sign on it.does it caus any danger in future?should i have to worry?

It is prudent to always read whatever you have to sign and should always keep copies of documents you have signed.
