original application before DRT

Bank has submitted an OA in debt recovery tribunal without 13(2) notice under Sarfeasi Act . I am told that there are several Supreme Court judments in support of that claim . What are the citations which say that 13(2) notice is not compulsory

If you owe money, do not try to fight with Bank on technicalities. Approach bank for one-time settlement. If you drag the case on unnecessary technical objections, the interest burden shall be mounting.

Having taken the loan, clear the loan like a good citizen.
