Good day
could you pls advise me on following.
I purchased a new flat and after that a group of member were form a society and fix maintance charges.at initial period about 2 yr I paid the maintainece charges after that I found that societies is not working properly some people and for own benefits running the society and without informing any one do meeting and increase the charge .
so self inform them to I will not give
if my grievances no solved.
no further action was taken by them.
initial society was not register last year they registered society and now they send me notice from society that if dues amount will not pay they will take legal action.
society is doing only own befits for their member
making forged bill .last 4 yr no change of guard .
kindly advise on above .
