My name is Vishweshwar Rao am from Hyderabad. And I have purchased a mobile a person which is soled by Store The Phoenix Enterprise. and the person who saled me the product at Rs 20000/- stating that it is original and he said that
it is original and if it is not original you can refund. but here the person is saying new stories like give me some days and give me some time after giving some days to him he said to talk to his manager he also accepted for refund but he will provide refund in three days and I have waited for five days now he is saying that talk to him who has saled the product but the person is not replying and blocked my calls and can I file a case on him ?
