Heard Sri Anil Kumar Tewari, learned Senior Advocate assisted
by Sri Mohd. Raza Khan for the petitioner and Sri Raj Kumar
Singh for the Union of India.
From a perusal of array of parties, it appears that Sri Ved Ram
alone is not a party, but 261 others are also a party, in whose
favour, award has been passed by the Central Government
Industrial Tribunal in Reference no.L-22011/68/2009-IR(CM-
II) dated 30.3.2010 registered as Industrial Dispute no.06 of
2010.
Although it has been informed that Sri Ved Ram has died and
he has no legal heirs or representatives, the 261 others, who are
party to the adjudication case and in whose favour, award was
passed on 19.1.2015 being not impleaded, one last opportunity
is given to the Food Corporation of India to implead all 261
others in whose favour, award dated 19.1.2015 was passed by
the Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal.
List this matter on 16.5.2019 by which date, impleadment
application be filed, mentioning the names of all 261 workmen,
in whose favour, award was passed by the Central Government
Industrial Tribunal.
