OPTION TO APPEAL AGAINST BAIL ORDER FOR A DEFFERED DATE

Honourable Sirs, My brother is in custody after surrender since 22.11.2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 506 of IPC and 27, 26, 25 of Arms Act. He was granted Bail by Honourable Patna High Court on 11.04.2019 to be release after Completion of One Year in Custody. Kindly guide if we can make representation again for an early release on Bail because if we go by this order, the one year period in custody will be completed on 22.11.2019. Kindly help Sirs. Thanks for replying sir. But our own advocate has said as follows:-. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of one year in custody". We cant find out why he has done like this. But it is mentioned in the order. Can it be a ground for appeal because our own advocate has proposed like the prosecution side. Kindly reply sir
