my dad has bought a room11years ago in a zopadpatti so now they build a sra building over there soo we have got all the papers of transfer and all but,they are saying that the person in whose name the room is should be present while taking the key for sra room which we got. unfortunately the person is not in our contact and we are searching him ,so what can be done plese help.
