wife filing same case in different family court and mahila thana

my wife filed maintaince and section 9. she lost both cases in family court of my district. now she has filed same cases of section 9 and maintaince again in family court of her district. And same cases in mahila court of her district as well. as I won these cases in family court of my district will they help me in courts of other district as well ?
