Sir please advice what are the
grounds of quashing 498a, if divorce petition filed and after completing of 18months in divorce petition case is pending in court but respondent refused to take court summons and filed 498a in ps and fir lodged but till know 41a notice not served divorce granted last 2years back by ex party orders if ex party orders valid what are remedies in 498a please advice
