Removal of PAH name from Index II

At the time of purchasing the property in 2006 we had issued General Power of Attorney to fecilitate the loan formalities.

THE PAH name is recorded and appears in the Index II.

Since, the loan has been closed and PAH is not required we want it removed from Index II.

Please advise the procedure for the same.

Why you want to get the PAH removed how that is going to harm you any way?

What we are afraid is that we may need his signatures in the event we want to sell this property. Today the relationship is cordial but no one knows the future. Hence, to avoid complications.

Just cancel the POA and if you really think that is going to effect just submit the applcation for amendment of INDEX II.

Thank you Mr. Gani, How to proceed with cancelation of General Power of Attorney. It was just notarized, not registered. Also advise process of requesting amendment of Index II. Regards, Bipin
