Hi, all my question is how should be the written statement of defendant
weather it is based on the claim of plaintiff statement or any facts that the defendant wish to have

It should specifically deny the material facts claimed by the Plaintiff, else the facts will go unrefuted. Also it should conain the real material facts which Plaintiff might have concealed so as to misrepresent the case before the court.

Deny everything by parawise.and state Urs lie as truth.it is written statement.

Everything in the Plaint needn't be denied as a rule.

Discuss everything in the Plaint so that your discussion ieads to your success.     Raise your own points.     Don't lie.

Don't forget to support your Written Statement with an Affidavit as in the case of a Plaint.
