almony submission in court

is it possible to submit first installment of almony in court till the grant of decree of divorce or last motion in stead of giving it to other party. some say there is no such provision to keep money safely in court. pl guide

U deposit it before courtit is best and safe

Yes, you can deposit it in Courts. Thats the correct way. You may also specify in your Consent Terms that incase your wife withdraws her consent then she will not be entitled to withdraw the amount.
